Service Description

Bella offers companionship services exclusively to individuals who are of legal age (18 years or older in the UK). All fees are for time and companionship only. Any activities that may occur during an appointment are between consenting adults and remain entirely at my discretion.

Booking & Enquiries

I aim to respond to all genuine booking enquiries within 24 hours, and no later than 48 hours. For privacy and balance, messages received outside of standard hours may be answered the following day. Thoughtful, respectful enquiries are always appreciated and prioritised.

Advance notice is recommended to ensure availability. While I may occasionally accommodate short-notice requests, booking 24–48 hours in advance is advised.

Deposit & Confirmation

A 50% deposit is required for all bookings to secure and confirm an appointment.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Please note:

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.

• By sending a deposit, you are confirming your commitment to the agreed date and time.

Screening (New Clients Only)

For mutual comfort and safety, new clients are required to complete a brief screening process.

This consists of:

• A clear selfie of yourself

• A valid form of photo ID (passport or driving licence)

All information is treated with strict confidentiality and deleted once screening is complete.

Payment

The remaining balance is to be settled at the beginning of our meeting, either:

• In cash (GBP), or

• Via bank transfer (arranged in advance)

Location, Travel & Hotels

I am based in Central London.

• Hotel bookings, out-of-town travel, or international arrangements require additional notice.

• For hotel meetings, details will be discussed at the time of booking.

• For international travel, flights, accommodation, and related expenses must be covered in advance and agreed prior to confirmation.

All arrangements are discussed openly and discreetly during the booking process.

Timekeeping

Appointments begin and end at the agreed times. Late arrival will reduce the remaining booking time accordingly. Extensions may be possible subject to availability and agreement.

Conduct, Hygiene & Expectations

I always arrive freshly prepared and ask that the same courtesy is returned. Respectful behaviour, clear communication, and mutual comfort are essential.

I reserve the right to end an appointment early should I feel uncomfortable due to hygiene concerns, disrespectful behaviour, excessive intoxication, or breach of agreed boundaries. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Discretion & Privacy

Discretion is guaranteed at all times. Recording, filming, or photography is not permitted under any circumstances. Any breach of privacy will result in immediate termination of the booking.

Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with Bella, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a respectful, relaxed, and enjoyable experience for both parties.

Changes to Terms

Bella reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
